Support for my father’s dialysis treatment

Good day to all of you with very kind hearts and compassionate souls.

I am Kristine, from the Philippines living with my dad, Solpe Plaza who was not only a loving father but also an inspiration and pillar of strength for our family. However, life had its unexpected turn, and he was diagnosed with diabetes and has been courageously battling this illness and is in need of our support.

My dad was diagnosed with Diabetes in his 40s and is now 68 still has been battling the illness for more than a decade now. As the years went by, the diabetes took its toll on his health, leading to a critical stage where dialysis has become a lifeline for his survival and resulted in end-stage renal failure.

As you can imagine, the financial burden of managing his medical expenses has been overwhelming for the family. The costs of frequent doctor visits, medications, and now dialysis treatments have created a heavy burden that we cannot carry alone.

With a heavy heart but brimming with hope, I am reaching out to you, dear friends, family, and kind-hearted individuals, to ask for your support in our fundraising efforts for my father's dialysis treatment and his battle against diabetes and end-stage renal failure.
