Support for Baby Eva

Last year September 2015, saw the passing of a very special person. His name was Recardo McDowell, better known as Ricky. I was introduced to Ricky through Becky around 5 years ago. He was annoyingly likeable, a good guy with a massive heart. On the occasions we met over this relatively short period of time he always made an effort to single me out of a big crowd and have a catch up.

When Ricky died he left behind his soulmate Rachel and their beautiful baby daughter Eva. If trying to fill the gap of losing someone like Ricky wasn't hard enough, Eva was born with CHARGE syndrome http://www.chargesyndrome.org/

Following Ricky's death, Eva required special care to maintain her health and to prepare her for life saving surgery in January 2016. She has now had successful operations to ensure she can breath and open heart surgery which has saved her life. Rachel and Eva received amazing support to help them through this time but Eva will continue to face challenges and require additional support as she grows.

I have decided to enter myself into the 54 mile long London to Brighton cycle ride (June 2016) in the hope that you will all dig deep and donate your hard earned cash so we can ensure the support is there for Eva, Rachel and their entire family.
