Support Fernando’s Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage 5) Treatment

Hi everyone! I am posting this on behalf of our close friend, Jen Amabayec, whose Father needs immediate treatment. To give you a brief background, Jen and her husband lost their first born in June of this year. His Father's condition is yet another blow for their family. Below is her personal message.

"To anyone who has a kind heart - My name is Jen Ambayec, seeking medical assistance for my Father, Fernando Ambayec, 59 years old, who is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease - Stage 5. He was admitted at Batangas Medical Center on Nov. 26, 2016. Since then, he has been undergoing blood transfusion daily and is scheduled for dialysis soon. Blood transfusion alone costs 5,000 (Philippine Peso) per session - this is on top of medicine expenses, laboratory tests, and daily room charge.

My siblings and I have each contributed the most we can to support his treatment, but right now, our fund is running very low. With this, I humbly ask for whatever help you can extend to prolong my Father's life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will forever be grateful."
