Mr. Burnett is a remarkable pro se advocate who has taught himself the legal process in prison. Against all odds, he has managed to keep his appeal alive in spite of a racially biased Judge who has stifled and inhibited him to a full and fair legal process.

What also makes his case unique is that he has documented evidence that his indictment and conviction is a product of fraud.

What happened to Dennis Burnett can happen to anyone ! Justice is said to be blind ...which could translate into a wrongful arrest, wrongful indictment & wrongful conviction. If you shine the best light on Dennis Burnett's case 'Blind Justice' equals fraud upon the court, or even a closer look could even suggest fraud 'by' the court. In an effort to highlight the (injustice) currently being perpetrated against Mr Burnett we encourage you to explore our website and thoroughly examine his story

At F.I.A.M we endeavor to change the derogatory nature of the word "FELON” by giving it substance.

We promote the acceptance of the formerly incarcerated in mainstream culture through social media, ads, billboards, and holding regular promotional events. We stage award shows dedicated to outstanding felon achievements, concerts, film screening, fashion shows, publish poetry, books, and music.

We advocate for equal rights for felons. Due to the overreach of government and mass incarceration felons is the fastest growing community in the country and the most overlooked.

Not any more.
