Our dancers are working very hard for our annual

performance happening on May 26, 2018. Coming from diverse backgrounds,

our dancers embody this season’s show, “The Age of Beauty.” This dance

concert explores how we personally define beauty and its many meanings.

We are inspired by all that dance can do and how it can empower people.

It all starts with one step, with one dance. I hope you will join us in

us a dance company for the people of our community

Who are we?

We are Echo Dance Company, a representation of the new possibilites for dance thriving from the empowering community we create. We are based in Bloomington, Indiana, but represent the different places each dancer has lived, visited, and learned from all over the world. Our company is a group of young adults that have a love of dance and want to continue that love. They are able to have Echo serve as their creative outlet as they pursue the start of their careers or further their education, whether that is in the arts or in other fields. We believe in continuing to provide creative outlets for individuals with interests and talents in any art form. We achieve this through sharing our dedication to dance and working collabortively with dancers and non-dancers.

What are we raising money for?

We are raising money to support the multiple efforts needed for productions, to support the amazing collaborative projects we have with local artists, and to sustain development with the long term future in mind for Echo. After two successful seasons with our productions The

Shameless Experience and The Royal Tour, we have been able to sustain

ourselves for another season. Now we need your help to keep Echo

thriving and performing for our community!

How will the money be used?

There are many helping hands and minds needed to put on productions and run a

company. In order to keep those hands and minds at work, proper funding

is beyond integral. Jac Hadfield, our company director remains hands on

with all different areas of the company to make sure our goals are met

and funds sustainably used. Here are the components this funding will go

towards:- rental fee for concert venues- marketing materials- costuming-

payment to support local artists that are collaborating with Echo, such

as photography, music composotion, and music performance- bringing in guest performers for the concert to showcase our contagious artistic and welcoming community- legacy fund for the continuation of creative company projects and productions for SEASON FOUR :)

When do we need the funds?

Our goal is to raise the $3,000 by our concert on May 26th, 2018. We are

scheduled to perform our third annual dance concert, The Age of Beauty,

in Bloomington. We are hoping that by our concert date we will have

rasied the funds needed to cover the production costs with your help.

Why does this funding campaign mean the world to us?

Our mission is to create an echo of inspriation that unlocks creativity

within the soul to realize a worthwhile goal. We know that our

productions will serve as a creative muse to inspire others in any area

of their life. Our Echo experiences will awake visual, emotional, and

physical senses through artisitc passion and your support. The support

from this crowdfunding campaign will allow our hard work to come to

frutition and serve as means of inspiration for others to pursue their

worthwhile goals. Support is contagious! It means the world to us to

thrive off of your support and in turn support others!
