It is with great sadness that I have to post this request for donations today for my son benson medical bill.

Five years old Benson mwangi has been sick for five years. In addition to his late diagnosis of Lyme disease wearing in on his joints[unable to walk well], nervous system and, other organs, he has a hole in his heart. The hole in Benson’s heart causes both oxygenated and deoxygenated blood to mix. His life threatening condition is usually noticed during one's infancy and is repaired during the first couple of years of a baby's life. Benson’s heart condition, an Atrial Septal Defect is a type of Congenital Heart Disease. Without having open heart surgery, Benson is at risk for a stroke and heart failure. As a family we are unable to cover the cost of Benson health expenses which can add up to $35,000/=. [now we are aiming $1400 only ]during a patient's lifetime.
