Baby Caleb is needing a surgery . He is diagnosed with OCCIPITAL ENCEPHALOCELE . ( The term cephalocele, in a restrictive sense, is defined as a protrusion of part of the cranial contents through a congenital opening in the cranium, typically covered with skin or mucous membrane.)
His Father, a Truck driver only earns enough for The Families everyday Food. His Mom takes care of The 3kids.
We are knocking on your hearts To please help and support the surgery needed. He is taken cared by Dr. Cherie Marie Tecson-Delos Santos At Grace General Hospital , San Jose Del Monte Bulacan .
