Campaign Story

I am Anna Leah Santos from the Philippines, 36 years old, a wife and a mother of 2 girls with big dreams. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease last February 2017. Now I am currently undergoing Dialysis Treatment. Please help me support my medication and if possible help me raise enough funds for my kidney transplant. Please help me live more so I can witness my daughters living their big dreams.
