Support Aikido Jikishinkai Schiavone Dojo

Hello!

we are the Jikishinkai Schiavone dojo. Our dojo is in Bratislava, the capital city of

Slovakia. We’ve been open since 2019.

As most training studios, we also took the hit of corona-19 and the prices of electricity and rent drastically increasing. On top of that, it seems to be a phenomenon in most areas of sports, that people are just not joining sport clubs and centers, so we haven’t been having much “traffic” post corona. Perhaps it’s fear of the unknown?

Our dojo has certain goals we would like to put the support of this fundraiser towards. Firstly, we would like to add another lesson or two a week. Currently, we only have one lesson per week, but since two of our students are working towards their 1st dan, it’s not sufficient. Secondly, we believe that attending and organising seminars is highly beneficial. Meeting and experiencing the “teachings” of different teachers is a wonderful experience.

We aspire to hone our craft and further our aikido journey. We would greatly appreciate if you could help us!

sme Jikishinkai Schiavone dojo. Naše dojo je v Bratislave, v hlavnom meste

Slovenska. Fungujeme od roku 2019.

Ako väčšina tréningových štúdií, aj my sme pocítili následky Corony-19 a drasticky narastajúcich cien elektriny a nájomného. Okrem toho sa zdá, že je vo väčšine oblastí športu fenomén, že sa ľudia jednoducho nezapisujú do športových klubov a centier, takže aj my po Corone nemáme veľa nových členov.

Naše dojo má určité ciele, na ktoré by sme chceli použiť podporu z tejto zbierky. Po prvé, radi by sme pridali ďalší tréning, poprípade dva týždenne. V súčasnosti máme len jeden tréning týždenne, ale keďže dve naše študentky pracujú na dosiahnutí prvého danu, je to nedostačujúce. Po druhé, veríme, že účasť a organizovanie seminárov je veľmi prospešné. Stretnúť a zažiť „učenie“ rôznych učiteľov je úžasný zážitok.

Snažíme sa zdokonaľovať naše remeslo a pokračovať v našej ceste aikidom. Veľmi by sme ocenili, keby ste nám pomohli!
