We are Amabel and Daniella. A Venezuelan 51 years old mom and 18 old daughter who want to escape from our country because of the current dictatorial government. As you might know the minimum salary in Venezuela is the lowest of latin america ($6 USD) at month. And it's getting harder and harder to live here as a teenager, and even more, being a mom with a teenager. Leaving the country is getting increasingly harder every month as well. We are not able to have a normal life, eat healthy food regularly without spending all the money we gain each month, or go out to have "a nice day" because everything is so expensive, we can't afford to get sick because of scarcity of medicines, even in the most basic of cases. But we are still considered as part of the lucky bunch in our country because we are still able to eat during current times in a place where millions and millions of people die from hunger because of the general lack of food or the money to buy it. Not to mention of the great danger of living in Caracas, rated the most dangerous city in the world, Daniella's (daughter) grandfather was murdered by "The Hampa" (Venezuelans criminals) a few years ago, while he attempted self defense against criminals who tried to break into his pharmacy , the pharmacy we still have as the business of our family is close to be in bankruptcy and has been robbed a multiple times because of scarcity of medicine. All these events are ordinary and common in Venezuela, being forced to let go of the people you love due to murder or emigration, constant danger of robbery and kidnapping, sexual assault and harassment and above average gender violence. For these and other multiple reasons we planned to emigrate to Argentina to enjoy a stable life, but we don't have enough money to do it the way we want to because of the economic inflation. Daniellas dream is to volunteer in other close countries by permaculture farms, social projects, because she's so passionate about social injustices, ecology, and also has a deep interest for foreign cultures, so we thought that we could get to Argentina passing by Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile (the countries in the way to our destiny) as a volunteers in different places (It is also the cheapest way to do it because an airplane ticket is above $800 USD).

Our bus trip from the Venezuelan border with Colombia to Argentina is: about $524 USD, each one.(Without food, emergencies and other buses to get to the volunteer sites)

The consular fee payment for residence visa in Argentina: $ 250, each one.

Another $200 USD in cash we have to present in the custom house to Argentina (Each one)

(Our closest trustworthy person that has a bank account which works without Venezuelan currency (We don't) is living in England, therefore I will use his account, which is best suited to receive the money in pounds)

We are grateful for every little donation you can make, maybe one day we will do it for you! Thanks to everyone.
