Fulfill Ayesha dream of education

I believe in this woman with all my being. She has the spirit, the drive, and the determination to change the world.

Ayesha is a Pakistani woman who fled religious persecution. She was prevented from pursuing a higher education because of her gender, forced into marriage, and then physically abused by her husband while she was in bangkok.

I met ayesha in Bangkok Thailand where she was seeking asylum from her country and from her husband and trying to save her life. The process to obtain legal refugee status is excruciatingly difficult and dehumanizing. Even though she was pursuing every legal means possible, she lived in fear of being detained. They spent most of their time hiding in their room.

Ayesha refugee status was denied. Although she could appeal the decision, she was told she must present herself to the detention center for detainment as an illegal person in the country or she could return to her home country of Pakistan. She was faced with an impossible choice between living in a jail cell without freedom or returning to a country where she faced imminent threat to her life.

She chose to return to Pakistan with a plan to apply for school in any country that would allow her to bring her to that country.

First, she took English classes and passed her proficiency exams. Then she began to apply to schools. She continued to live in hiding and survive on the charity of others. she kept trying to build a better life. She was finally accepted to a school in Australia and was busy making plans for the move when her visa was denied. She was devastated but she didn't let it keep her down for long. She kept searching and found another opportunity in latvia.

2 years after returning to Pakistan and continuing to live in fear and hiding, her dreams are beginning to be realized. Ayesha has been approved for a student visa in Latvia where she will continue her education so that she can make a living to support herself and her children. Now, she needs financial support to get there.

She needs funds for airfare and housing expenses. The latvian government makes it nearly impossible for a student to obtain gainful employment so daily living expenses are also needed. School is due to start on 2nd of septmeber and your support will help get them to latvia on time. Any amount you offer is GREATLY appreciated.

There will be normal living expenses such as food, utilities, transportation and books.

I believe in this woman with all my being. She has the spirit, the drive, and the determination.

From my heart to yours and on behalf of Ayesha , THANK YOU!!!

I would like to request you to support her for this cause.
