Super Bowl XLVII Group Tour Radio Ads

Mardi Gras festivities will begin on January 13, 2013 and will be in full swing when Super Bowl XLVII Media Week begins on January 27, 2013. In addition, we have created a press release about our project, which is, currently, being distributed around the world via the internet, newspapers and other media sources. We have contacted ESPN Sports Radio Station in Chicago, which is owned by Disney Corporation to help us sell our 200 tour packages. The radio station has agreed to advertise my company’s tour packages at the cost of $7,500 (my cash commitment), plus we are including, one (1) ‘Super Bowl XLVII Giveaway Trip for 2’, valued at $12, 600! Because this is the first time that my company has ever worked with this radio station, the radio station is requesting a cash investment, up front, for advertising . The actual value of our advertising package with ESPN Sports Radio Station is $20,000. The radio promotion will last for a 2-3-week period before New Year. Teaming up with this sports radio station will expose my company to thousands of prospective new clients and future radio promotions.

• This sports radio station has a listener audience of over 1 million sports fans at any given time of the day in the Chicago area! Chicago is a huge sports town. The metropolitan area consists of over 9 million people. The radio station is, definitely, interested in my project for many reasons; such as: increased listener ratings, increased Facebook and Twitter audiences and the upcoming Super Bowl football mania. I, also, feel confident that exposure through this radio station will increase our group tour business in the future.
