Sun Valley Ranch Phase I

Sun Valley Ranch is a 10 acre property located just a few miles east of Holbrook in the Sun Valley area. The Ranch was founded by Chris Fernandes & Laurel Anne to develop a small, working ranch in the high desert. Currently, the next phase of the Ranch development is the perc and permit for which we are looking to raise funds for. Without it, the Ranch is halted in what it can do in terms of having people stay on the property to continue with the work needed. Our goal will help us pay for the perc and partial payment on the permit. We will need to raise an additional $2,000 for tank and equipment needed to install the septic tank. Once installed, we can begin to stay on the property and start developing the property for animals and visitors.
