Help My Tour Organizer Employee due Cant Work Caused of Corona Virus

With the outbreak of coronavirus in the world and in Indonesia which is Spread Rapidly and until April 18, 2020 infected more than 6000 people with. the Indonesian government implemented social distancing, from this policy, tourism industry was the first affected from this pandemic.

In Indonesia, We are the second largest foreign exchange earner in Indonesia and now we have to stop working to support the distancing social movement required by the government. Our contracts and trip schedules from March to April to May and June were forced to be rescheduled, and we don't yet understand when we will start working again because our citizens are not obedient in terms of social distancing regulations that affected to Covid-19 outbreaks.

In my organization Sumo vacation. Domiciled in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia with the main commodity tour to Mount Bromo Probolinggo & Ijen Banyuwangi Crater, I am in charge of 14 of my outstanding and hardworking employees and dozens of my work partners to serve the best tourism, now they are all affected by this outbreak resulted in not working and not earning at all

Our Excursion Bus Driver: Mr. Arul Huda, Mr. Sumadi, Mr. Suyateni, Mr. Windi,

Our Bromo FJ40 Hardtop Driver (jeep tour): Mr. Sudianto, Mr. Aris Pramugari, Mr. Wawan & Mr. Gujik

They are the same as you and me. they also have a family of children and parents who certainly need daily food and pay rent for the house, the cost of education for children to the exact needs that are always there every month and must be paid. And their income is only just come from Tourism Industry, but with the cessation of our work now, for us just to meet the daily needs of eating is very heavy. I took the initiative to provide assistance to employees in my organization but I myself had an impact and did not make a living because of this pandemic.

We don't like to ask, but in this condition I am seriously considering making a living for them or just buying their daily needs for a while.

Whatever your donation will be appreciated, and all funds will be shared equally to all our staff, we hope that your donations can help alleviate the needs of our employees' lives.

If the funds are collected according to the goal, I will update all documentation and donations to all 13 of our staff. And if there are still more than Goals, then our organization will use to cover their other needs or continue our business after this Pandemic ends, we will always fight for our employees, because they have been loyal to us.
