Welcome to the Wear Suits For Syria GoGetFunding page. WSFS is one man’s Christmas fancy dress mission with a goal to raise £1000 to help people fleeing conflict. Throughout December I will be wearing a selection of novelty suits whenever I leave the house and go about my day. I will be blogging about my progress, fund raising activities and experiences throughout the month on the campaign website www.suitsforsyria.co.uk
In exchange for my dignity, I am seeking donations of money and goods. All money I raise will be divided 50/50. One half will be donated directly to Oxfam’s Syria Crisis appeal. The other half will be converted into goods such as clothing, shelter and food which will then be donated to local refugee solidarity organizations helping directly in refugee camps in Europe.
