Sudden debt, cannot pay the bills & got scammed

Year 2020 was the worst for me. Due to pandemic of corona virus, I have lost my job. Was unemployed for months. Later on i have been covering bills and adepts i had. Then I became a too good person, so I wanted to financially help, but it ended up getting myself scammed. I have lost a huge amount of money. If I want to recover the loss which i gained in 2020, then i would need at least 3 years or more of constant work, without spending a cent. That is nearly impossible, since there are bills, and i have unpaid debts, and as every other person, need to buy food and other things to live a normal life and survive. Currently i am working in a warehouse, but all my payments are almost fully gone, since i am paying my debt regular to people. I have borrowed a lot of money from people, and it's time to pay them back, wrong time to borrow money as well. Even they suffer because of my slow paying back. So i am left with coins each month. If my car needs a fix, i cannot afford it. If my computer stops working, i cannot repair it. I want to breathe normally again and have no more everyday nightmares.
