Overcoming domestic violence was hard enough, from the inner city in Los Angeles with 5 children. But I did it. I self educated and I learned how to become an entrepreneur. First I became a marketing consultant before anyone knew what it was, and supported my family. I was able to move out of situations that were not good for me. I eventually ended up working with a man (I married) that I helped run a healing center with. I helped countless people (especially women) find their voice, learn empowerment and even helped them to go on and help other women. I had so many successes, I started helping men too. It became my mission to create peace in a persons life.

I started making jackets showcasing the travels and connections I made with people I have met. Eventually, within a short time, people wanted to wear them, because they were so detailed and hand crafted and with so much care. But, they were not easy to make, each item hand sewn. I met a manufacturer and I discovered the cost to launch my business. Seed money to pay for massive amount of costs to start a retail company is outrageous. But, I am determined. I have come this far. I believe in supporting women in business. I believe in never giving up.

I believe in working hard to help others. I learned and built my own website, I created my own photoshoots, I did my own marketing. I presented a detailed financial business plan. I even partnered with International women's support non profits. I tried to raise money on indiegogo. Maybe I looked too professional, or asked for too much, or maybe it is the wrong market. I want to show and prove my abilities, so I showed that I have everything it takes to make it in retail with costs sheets and research and analysis. I want to educate my four daughters that women can do anything! The amount I am asking for will not cover costs to start a retail business, but it will pay for the massive amounts of administrative work, the campaigning, the overhead just to get to this point to launch. My husband and I still own and operate our healing center for the last ten years, but there is no additional budget for an endevor such as this. Because I believe in myself and my jackets, I believe in the power of sharing, I believe in the power of goodness, and I believe in the power of creativity. Because I know it will be successful, I am asking you to help support another woman who you will know that I will continue to empower other women endlessly. If you like, I will mention your name as a donor on my website. I would love to hear form you, or feedback and especially any contribution is greatly appreciated.
