If the problem of stray animals can not be well solved, the ultimate harm is human beings themselves. As human beings, we should fully protect the rights of animals, and let animals live in harmony in the earth family. The government and the people should make joint efforts to raise awareness while enacting relevant policies and regulations, and contribute to solving the problem of stray animals, so that every animal can have a warm home.
