Study issue

My name is Artur and I am a student in my homeland in city called Tallinn, Estonia. As many of countries, Estonia have financinal crysis and for young people like me its very hard to find a job and study at the same time. My family is not so rich to cover all expenses so i just looking for an oportunity to purchase new computer and books for my education. I am study computer sciense and technology and as we all know you need to have normal equipment for it. I already have been on different free-lancing web pages, but it takes to much time and you expecting, that someone at the end will hire you for 75$ job. On lectures we are using programms that requires normal hardware specifications, ofcourse I can use computer in the class room but then i will spend all my time in university to make home work and projects as well.

I will be very happy and thankful, if people can help me and sorry for my language.
