My name is Samuel mwadime mganga. Born on 12th June 1995 and am a Kenyan young man aspiring to be come a proffessional Commercial Diver.

I come from a single parent family with nine children. Five girls and four boys, I'm the seventh born in my family.

My mother struggled to bring us up but it was so hard for her. When I was old enough to go to school, my mother could not afford it.

This prompted my elder Brother who had just finished his secondary education to take me to the Furaha Children home where I got an opportunity to go to school.

During my stay at the Home I was able to attend a camp where I heard the gospel and I got saved. From there my life took a new turn and I found a new hope. For the first time in my I was happy and peaceful even though my family was poor. I realized that God is able to make a way one day and deliver my family from poverty.

I used to take Diving as a hobby but then my attitude changedwhen I realized that I could use this profession to change my life and the state of family.

I started taking it seriously. I started waking up early in the morning and to dive for few hours, then in the afternoon I joined others in pool to improve my skills and learn new things.

During my secondary years I visited local dive clubs to get more experience. Almost everywhere I went people would notice my performance and some would even tell me I have the potential. This inspired me to practice even more and increased my desire to learn from the best in my area.

I searched for information on great Divers who had made impact in the world’s oceans. Ialso read books and watched clips of their wonders in the sea.

I strive to be like them, my passion is to become a professional Commercial Diver, impact my life, lift my family and be of positive influence to other less fortunate Children.

I have been offered a conditional place to undertake a commercial Diving assessment program with (ADAS SCUBA to 30 metres deep part one and ADAS SSBA to 30 metres deep part 2) at the SubSea centre in New Zealand this year.

I'm required to have this amount $23,000 NYD to be able to pay the fees, air ticket, accommodation,Medical and food during my stay in New Zealand.

The cost of the program part one is 7,750 in NZD and the second is 9,880NZD.

The Amount is calculated in New Zealand Dollars.

I humble myself to ask you top lease help me bring this dream to be true. I'll appreciate any assistance from you. Thanking you in Advance.
