study costs

i want to pursue my career in construction engineering and after saving from past months i was able to save enough to apply to some colleges in Canada. Ive got an letter of acceptance from st. clair college in windsor ontario,canada for may intake 2022 but i dont have enough money to pay for my college neither im getting an education loan from any bank ive been rejected by most of the banks. i need some help to pay for my college and secure my seat so i can pursue my Career.
