Study and Family support funding

Good day all.

I apologize that there are no pictures, but it's for security reasons, if you read the below you'll understand.

I have a very small family, it's only me, my sister, mother and grandmother of 80 years.

My mother got into a relationship with a man about a year ago and the first thing he did was to tell her to quite her job so she can take care of my grandmother and he will take care of everything financially. He seemed very nice in the beginning so we all trusted him, but about 3 months into the relationship my mother started acting differently and she kept on getting thinner. We thought it was just a bit of stress from taking care of my grandma and so on, so we made nothing of it. We supported her socially the best we could. Then about 6 months into the relationship she started telling us about whats going on, about he's insults and so on, but she told us she was fine and she didn't tell us the whole truth, because he was supporting us financially as well as I am going to start studying in February which he also insisted on paying for, and it kept on going on like that for awhile. They fight and make up and so on like any relationship, but we never knew to what extend he pushed her until yesterday... My grandmother is staying with them in the house, when we got there my mother was just crying on the steps outside, so I went in to check if my grandma was okay as my sister was with my mother trying to calm her. When I got into the house my grandmother was full of blood, as he and my mother was fighting and he kept insulting my mother my grandmother was trying to close the house door which he pushed open gashing my grandmothers arm with the door. The next moment my mother just collapsed... She had a mental breakdown and me and my sister had to take her to the hospital. My friend whom I am staying with stayed with my grandmother cleaning her arm and the guy and my sister's husband took us to the hospital. When we got too the hospital my mother was still out, but eventually they got her awake, The doctor insisted that she stayed the night but that man said no as he is paying the medical aid which my mother is a member on. So we took her home and she and my grandmother is okay.

But we really need some help as they don't have any money at the moment to get away from him and find their own place and my mother doesn't want me to stop my studies which I would also like to give the money which he paid back to him so he can just leave us alone.

Sorry for the long story, I didn't know how to explain it otherwise.
