To have money for paying hospital fees. his family have to sold everything value able also borrow from relatives and friends is 120 million VND ( about $5,200) only until now. However this money is not enough to pay the surgery and medicine charges as requirement of hospital. The remainder hospital fees around USD 7,800, his family can’t able to paid.
