Studio M Reopening

Help me get Studio M reopened!

Studio M was my dream! To own a dance studio, that’s all I wished for since I was a little girl!

I went to college to become a professional dance teacher and open my own dance studio, my dream. Unfortunately a ski accident back in 1993 left me with a broken pelvis and a ripped lower back muscle and my dream of becoming a professional dancer fade away.

Then one day in 2011, almost 20 years after my accident, I went to a Zumba® class at a local gym, fell in love with it, became a licensed instructor, and started to dream again!! To dream about opening my own Zumba® studio.

In March 2013, that dream came true! I opened Studio M in Winter Haven!

Studio M became a place for women where they felt comfortable working out. We became a family!

Once again, the dream faded away, when the landlord, out of nowhere, sold the building and the new owners decided they wanted me out.

I lost my dream and all my savings. We lost Studio M! We lost a family!

But I have a new dream, I believe that with your help we can once again, open Studio M.

To reopen the studio, we would need first month's rent, and a deposit, which totals $1700.

Any donation is welcome. We would also accept equipment donations (weights, yoga mats, mirrors, etc…) and any advise you could give us. I know that together, we can have our studio back!
