Somerset East is a small town from the Eastern Cape, South Africa situated in the Karoo region.
The town is filled with talented individuals in terms of music, but due to lack of not having a studio most of them end up giving up on their musical dreams. We would really appreciate if someone or anyone can help us in any way in terms of securing studio equipment. We have amazing artists here in Somerset East who would really relish having a recording studio of their own.
Here is one example in particular of an artist from Somerset East who is really passionate about his music:
Loyiso Hoko aka Lion Dopie Lloyd is an upcoming rapper from a small town called Somerset East, Eastern Cape in South Africa. He grew up in a poor environment that is infested with drug usage and was once caught in it, but through his passion for music he overcame the marijuana or dagga addiction.
He started rapping when he was only 10 years old, and recorded his music when he was 15, unfortunately due to the fact that we don't have a recording studio in Somerset East, we had to fund Lloyd to go record his music in nearby towns like Grahamstown unfortunately as you can hear from the clips shared the quality isn't good enough. Loyiso has a lot of talent and he is a hard worker at his craft all he needs now is some good recording equipment that will help him create his upcoming album for 2019. Please help us in any way you can so that we can be able to purchase these equipment not only to help Loyiso but other young people who are musically talented in Somerset East. Thank you so much for your contribution, we promise to shoutout anyone who's played a role in Loyiso's music success. Kindly follow the Lion Dopie Lloyd on your favourite social media so that you can see when we have purchased the equipment. Thank in advance once again for your help.
