(i apologise if i made any mistakes in writing this, english is not my mother language)

Hi.

Let me tell you about my situation and why i am here.

Im a 19 yr old young boy from Istanbul/Turkey.

I had a pretty abusive family in my childhood (especially my father) after i came out as gay before two years ago, i got tortured for months, so at the end i have to grab my stuff and leave my home.

I got abused for almost 3 years between the ages of 6-9 in a "course" that my family forced me to go. I still have a court going on for almost 3 years but there is nothing happening with the case because i dont have enough money to pay for a lawyer. I even receive death threats on a monthly basis, to give up on the lawsuit and claim that nothing happened to me when i was a child. The people abused me have a power here.

During my childhood i didnt have lot chances to study, my family didnt send me to a school, so i worked during my childhood and teenage years.

I started finishing highschool from open education (we have a system like this here, you study from home, you take three exams per year and you graduate after 8 exams) i started this last year, but especially this year the lessons started getting intense and i dont have much time to work&study, our college exam system is so heavy that we have to start getting prepared at least before two years to the exam.

The finance of this country keeps falling down and down every day because of the government. One dollar equals to almost 6 turkish liras right now. Everything is super expensive. The minimum salaries are two thousand turkish liras, but a grocery shopping for two persons will cost more than 600₺, rents are over two thousand, bills are 10 to 35 times higher than they used to be before 8 years ago.

As you understand, the life here is so hard, and as someone who doesnt have the ability to get any support from any local foundations, i need your help, even a dollar, will help me so much. Dont forget, one dollar will be 6 liras here.

I want to study psychology or fine arts im between these two, i have talent for both, my hobbies are graphic designing , software development and photography, but i dont have a good pc, a graphic designing tablet or a stylus, or even a camera.

My goals are making a small setup for freelancing (for ex. Buying a good computer, a stylus with a tablet, a good camera etc. To do some freelancing and earn some money) and getting able to pay some rent/bills etc.

Also i want to study outside of this country, i want to escape from here, i dont have a future over here, the conservative society pressure is getting heavier and heavier every day, its getting so much harder for lgbt people to live here.

So

I need help as much as i can get, even the smallest amounts will be helpful. Im in a hard place right now and there is almost no one supporting me.

Thanks for reading this far.

If you need any further information you cant contact me via email:

[email protected]

PS: in turkey we cant use paypal accounts so im using my bank card to draw money from here but the fees are more for bank accounts, %12 of every fund you make me goes to the website.
