Student needs money for surviving.

Hi, everyone, my name is Konstantin. I'm a regular student from Kazakhstan, which is a typical country in Asia. the education here is pretty good, but I, unfortunately, didn't win the scholarship. I'm a motivated student who just wants to get a good education and become an IT specialist. The quality of education here is pretty good, it's not required to go abroad to get a better education. But it costs a lot for me and my family. About 2000 dollars for education(1 educational year) plus about 1000 dollars (a month) for renting an apartment. We live in a small town and the University I want to go to is in Almaty city, which is incomparably expensive for us. With a total income of about 2000 dollars every month, it's almost impossible for my family to cover my education that I want to and going to get. I was a foreign exchange student before, I'm very interested in working on any IT projects and in total, I'm very motivated to grow as a person. It would be perfect for me to restore the faith in humanity and finally start the life I actually would enjoy to live. There are some ambitious projects in my head too, that affect financial markets, ecology, and futuristic technologies. I just need help from anyone who can give me that help.
