Student loan debt

Hi. I'm Joanna, an unemployed single mother. I'm trying to raise 13K or more to help pay for my student loan debt. I'm unable to pay due to lack of income and could not find a job elsewhere since I graduated as a Medical Office Administrator because some companies require at least 3 years of experience working in a hospital or doctor's office but I had non except for my intership experience due to employers who do not want to give me a chance to prove myself that I'm able to do my job well despite of lack of experience. My GPA is 3.85 but sometimes, 4.0. I received certificates for being an honor student. My student loan is in default for a few years now and the collection agencies keep contacting me by phone and mail. Also, my other problem was, I have some medical issues that prevented me from working. I do not receive cash assistance from the government to help me pay for my expenses. I have a teen daughter who is going to be graduating next year from high school. I only live with my mother who is retired and only getting less than $400 on Social Security pension. We almost lost our home twice and we got so many bills to pay here and they're keeping me awake at night because I do not know how we're going to survive with less than $400 a month without a help of someone with a good heart like you.
