Student in need

I am currently a student in the Vet Tech program at Penn Foster trying to earn my Associate's Degree. I'm also working part-time at a barbque restaurant, but it's not quite making ends meet. I have just moved back to Memphis, TN to be with my husband after being separated for 4 years. While I was away, I needed money to pay on some bills that had happened during a previous relationship. So I stupidly took out a title loan on my car. When I moved back to Memphis from where I grew up, I didn't have a job right away, so I had to let my monthly payments on the title loan go. I still have the vehicle in my possession and do not want to lose it. I've been given a settlement offer from the title loan company that will clear me of any debt with them and let me keep my car. The settlement offer is $2500. However I also need to make some repairs to the car to get it back up and running, plus get the license plates renewed and insurance started back on the vehicle. The settlement offer has a deadline that I'm afraid with working part-time and going to school I will not be able to afford in the time that has been allotted to me. I don't know where else to turn as I have exhausted all family help in the past. I would appreciate any and all help towards this and when I get back on my feet, hope to be able to pay it forward.
