Greetings,
I am an undergraduate of Faculty of Economics and Management in The National University of Malaysia, pursuing major in International and Industrial Economics. In partnership of my university and University of Tsukuba Japan, I am privileged to be chosen as one of the representatives for a student exchange program involving academic credit and cultural, society and history exchange as well as a first-hand insight on economic, markets, and banking climate of Japan. This trip will take place for 5 months that is from April to August 2018.
The Ringgit is faring well and strong but there are still some costs that need to be accounted for which I hope you will assist. I have also been looking for state sponsorship and et cetera. I have saved up quite a sum but my parents are retirees, and I wish to lighten their responsibility thus the very reason I am doing this. Help me achieve this dream of travelling to Japan under this exchange opportunity because an opportunity only knocks once.
As for why Japan, I think this Land of Rising Sun has an amazing culture that holds close to home, Malaysia as well has an outstanding technology and economic stability. Their high speed bullet train, Shinkansen that holds no candle to others and humanoid robots are certainly something to look forward to. The vital part of this exchange however will be overlooking this second largest developed economy, giant exporter to further enhance my knowledge in my current major. In addition, both universities are intensive in research which I believe could assist my final year thesis substance.
