Sunday 18 June to Saturday 24 June is Refugee Week. To mark the occasion, Student Connect will be partaking in Formal Friday, in which we dress up in our snazziest clothes to raise money for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
The ASRC is the largest independent human rights organisation for refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia. The ASRC provides myriad services to refugees and people seeking asylum, including food and goods support, legal assistance, health and support services, education, empowerment programs, and employment and training.
