I am a young professional aged 25 who has just started his career in the Town Planning field. I was looking at pursuing my studies in obtaining a Master's Qualification in the Town and Regional Planning field. I have since put that on hold as i would chosen to pursue my interest in Property investment opportunities.
I have come together with 2 of my colleagues in the purchasing of a house which will be renovayed into student accomodation. We hqve out through an offer and it has been accepted by the seller and estate agent. We have recieved full confirmation from Standard for full bond approval. 100% of the bond approval. We have since appointed a conveyencer to undertake the transfer process and the file has been opened and currently documentation is being submitted to the firm. The house has already been removed off the market and awaiting all final process to be finalized.
As a person who has lived in student accomodation communes for over 3years, i therefore know how it operates and how to manage an environment of that nature. And also the frustration that come with not getting school residence and having to live off campus with limited resources.
With the new year close by, certain renovations and alterations will need to be done on the house in order for it to be fit for student occupation.
Therefore i am looking for assitance in raising the money needed to purchase the meterials needed and other necessities and also funds to cover the transer costs. Whatever assistance or funds recieved can be arranged as a means of loan and can be paid back in due course. I am looking for assistance as i have already initiated the process and capable of handling the monthly bond repayment cost.
It is just the renovation and transfer fees funds that are stressing me at this point and require assistance with. The home owner has granted access to the property so as to start with some alterations whilst waiting for finalization of transfers.
