Stuck in the USA

I came to the USA in March seeking Adventure and to visit this is the first time i have ever Traveled by plane. I came on a Visa Waiver and spent my 90 days having the best time of my life as i have been under the social services act. I then went to Canada to visit it and came back as i was told I was allowed to do this so stayed for my extra 90 days i Have now found out this was not a option. The person i came to stay with had to them move to California. So with them doing this i have nothing left to help me get back to the UK as my Ticket had ran out. I called a Lawyer to see if it was possible to get deported and they said i couldn't as i have not commited a crime just out of status. My mum has also come to the USA to get married. I have now lost everything in the UK when i go back. I have read a lot into the sittuation and nothing is a option apart from marriage and i do not want to marry into a loveless marriage as it is not fare on both parties and also illegal. 

So please if anyone can help i would apreciate it.
