Struggling SA Farmer needs help

My husband is a good, honest man and has been helping others his whole life. He is 55 and born as a farmboy in Gauteng, South Africa. He is the owner of an Engineering Firm for the past 30 years but with the bad economy in South Africa, it has been two years since he has received any money from this business.

He is not a person that gives up easily, so all of the saved funds in the business has been used up by now to keep the place running. What started as something to do after hours ended up as the only income we have had for the past two years, and that is his farming.

Two years ago, his entire barn burnt to the ground just after they had just finished harvesting. Although he lost his entire crop for that year and had to buy feed for our animals, he still stood strong and rebuilt the barn.

He plants maize and feed for animals. He has put everything he had into it but sadly this years there is just not enough money to put in this season's harvest. The fuel for the tractors, seeds and fertilizer is simply unaffordable for him at the moment.

It breaks my heart to see him so devastated. But still he never gives up. As long as we can pray and have our faith in our Saviour, there will always be hope.

I have been wishing that I can do something to help, and this is the reason I thought to ask for help on Gogetfinding.

I believe that with the Mercy of God, somehow something big is about to happen.
