My dear friend Russell is an amazing improvisational guitarist. He has been playing music for a living for over 40 years. He lived on the road for 30 years playing music at art fairs and he even played at the Montreal Jazz Festival and the New York Guitar Festival. Russell is one of those geniuses who does not read music. Anyway, I have been trying to help him with some of the practical things in life since I met him fourteen years ago. He now lives near me in Florida and he has fairly steady work but he does not make enough money to pay for certain essential things such as dental work.

Currently he needs $4,000 in dental work. He has several teeth that need crowns and he has some teeth that have cavities that need to be filled. He lives with a certain amount of pain in his teeth and it hurts me to see him suffer.. I was laid off from my job several years ago and I now live with my mom. If I had the money I would help my friend but I simply don't have it.

Russell's musical abilities are a true gift to the world. I knew that the moment I met him. Here is his website where you can listen: www.ruseelldonnellon.com He has a good heart and I hope there are some kind hearted people out there who love music and who understand how hard it is to try to live a creative life.

Russell needs his teeth fixed as soon as possible but I have set his birthday - Feb. 23rd as the cutoff date in hopes that this will be his birthday present.

Thank you in advance for your consideration.
