I am honestly humiliated to ask for help but I am struggling for groceries, rent , and the need to pay for utilities and necessary medications. I have often given to others in hopes they would pay if forward one day. Now, I am the one in need and asking for the charity of others.

When I am back on my feet I hope to again pay it forward. Please I beg you to help me.
