Struggle with infertility

Hi

Me and my husband are almost married for 11 years and are still in the struggle to have children of our own. The main reason for that is,unfortunately my husband can't give me children as his counting is 0. He went for a test and that was the reaults. The doctors can't do anything for him anymore. It was devastating for us both to found out that he will never have children of his own. 3 Years ago we(I)went for a KI donor insemenation,and after getting the results they told me my progestorone levels were very low(the doctor did not send me for tests to check if my progestorone levels were normal)and there for I did not fell pregnant.It was heartbreaking for us both as we had our hopes up high. We went for the second time after I used some medications to get my progestorone levels right,so I send and email to the sister with my results,it was somewhere in the 40's,(my progestorone levels)asking her if it was correct and if I can come the second the time,so I did. Once again after the results was negative we were devastating,heartbreaking and want give up on everything as we hoped to fall pregnant the second time. Our hearts was broken and don't know what to do.
After I've talked to the doctor he told me that sometimes my progestorone levels are falling down as soon as I fall pregnant and told me that I have to go on more medication to get it higher than the normal level then my chances will be 100% to fall pregnant. I have been drinking some mildly meds for the last year and now my progestorone levels are looking good,but we don't have the funds to go for the 3rd time and hoping to raise enough to have a little one of our own.
