Struggle with Breast Cancer

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer on November 14, 2018.

I'm a single mom with 2 kids, aged 5 and 8. Getting nothing from both fathers.

I don't have other means to support my kids except for my job. And I am being asked to be off job by my doctor for at least 2 months after my mastectomy. And was told there's no guarantee when I'll be back to work considering my illness.

I have used a company issued HMO coverage for my doctor's appointments and some of the laboratory tests which led us to this prognosis. My HMO allowance is almost used up and won't cover the total cost of masectomy.

I will undergo full mastectomy on December 13, 2018(December 7 originally). I was also advised that there's a great possibility of me undergoing radiation and chemo therapy which I can't afford.

I am seeking assistance. Whatever help you can extend will be much appreciated.
