Essentially my works are for charity in that I am able to help others in my community move on from traumas of their past so they can focus on their future. I started Structured Construction in 2013 and upon my establishment I sought counsel from the elders of my community at the time. I started off with the dream to teach others the skill of Carpentry for I have found that possessing the basic Carpentry skills is one of the best catalysts in a fulfilling life. ENO CabinetWorks was my first job straight out of high school and back in 2006 with zero knowledge of carpentry let alone people skills, I managed to accomplish my goal that I set for myself as an adolescent of being a business owner. My initial ambition was to build houses as a contractor as previous to Structured Construction I moved from Cabinet Maker to Framing Carpenter. I contracted immediately seemingly overnight only to then face the stress of handling more than one job at a time as well as hiring a Carpenters Hand so to get the job done in the time frame I bid. Well as I hired young men, I quickly found that their ability to retain basic knowledge such as reading a tape measure accurately repeatedly was non existant. I found myself spending more time, with no burden to me, teaching these individuals the knowledge I was taught for I wanted to see them successful at life. One individual had recently, at the time, had a child and this made me more focused on giving such skills away. To this day I used my jobs as building platforms for making Carpenters such as myself. As new businesses go my hurdles were hurled at me both with unreliable contractors, people cutting me out on deals we had made, and to top it off a divorce. My life slid through depression and bouts of questioning life's meaning, quite miserably though I am back on my own two feet today as I write this. My dream is to pass on rare Carpentry Skills to the younger generations, and hopefully attain my other goal of opening another ENO CabinetWorks. The original ENO Cabinet works began in 1939 and had been a true product of better times. Through thick and thin have I trudged and so evermore I will. My skills I feel deserve the residence of other naïve men such as I once was. Structured Construction is a Native American owned business for I am Omaha Deertree and I have many avenues that I want this business to venture including renewable energies, sustainable housing, Naturalized Land Curation, and the research and development of the technologies involved. I have many original designs already I need funded so that I can continue doing what I love, which is giving back to those and that which have given to me through my ability to create wonderment in our ever changing world.
