This is for the choice age female. not a girl not yet a woman, searching for her next move in life... mostly hanging on the streets I guess.. There is a crowd out there that makes me nervous and want to pray cry and drink champagne all at the same time... North 1st Street in San Jose, CA I have been told it is prostitutes and pimps out there....Its near the SJ Airport... So maybe that has something to do with it amd I know models need to getnout and walk, but whatever happens after that does not sound like anything of good value....Those girls get told everyday and night they are so pretty and they need a man that treats them right and gives them the world , and they wake up the next day raped and unaware of their surroundings. The rap and Popular music today are filled with messages that girls should be strippers and models, but its never the glamorous life of a model...they are fooled into thinking the more prim and proper they are, they will find success, but in reality they are met with torture and lust and deceet.     I am offering haircuts, trims for a donation if we can get this fundraiser to meet its goal (which is not set yet)I dont imagine it will be a lot of money... Unless I can get some quality companies to participate.  40% of the fund will be used to set up a sex education course in North 1st Street San Jose, beginning in April, for young adults, focusing on our social influences and faith-based. It will run every 6 weeks through 2015.  I also want to offer a short class for the male class, beginning young man 8th grade.  40% will be used for girls age 17-28 without a home and who thinks she is in danger.   We would like to provise nutrition, positive belief systems and someone to call or someplace to go at any day or time of the night or day ..no matter what.  This is important these girls never feel alone without a help call or conversatiom and it is importanr tjey never feel like they are in an unstoppable hamster wheel.

Please revisit this site for details on the timea and locations of haircut event. $40 donation gets hair accessory bag with tons of items! Haircuts will be somewhere in downtown san jose, thursday march 5, friday march 6 or thursday march 12 or friday march 13 at 12 midnight. in or around San Pedro Square.   ..and if you like free hair extensions.  Because we believe that hair is empowering without being enticing or a tease, our hair is what differenciates us from the MEN.   Proverbs 13:20

STATS:

in the United States have been raped at some time in their lives and nearly 1 in 2 women and 1 in 5 men have experienced other forms of sexual violence victimization in their lifetime (e.g., made to penetrate someone, sexual coercion, unwanted sexual contact and non-contact unwanted sexual experiences).1

Victimization often occurs for the first time before the age of 25 (e.g., 42% of female victims of rape in the U.S. report that they were first raped before the age of 18 and 37% report that they were first raped between the ages of 18-24).1 Victimization is also often by someone known to the victim, primarily by a current or former intimate partner or an acquaintance.1

Rape, and other forms of sexual violence, is preventable. Recognizing this, Congress passed the Violence Against Women Act in 1994. This landmark legislation established the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) program at CDC. The goal of the RPE program is to strengthen sexual violence prevention efforts at the local, state, and national level. It operates in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and four U.S. territories.

So far, not too much luck.  Actually at this point I'm not looking for funds yet, I just need folks to sign up and be a "BACKER" which means you support the idea!  I'm going to revise as time goes on and I do more research  .. today I designed. . . . .
