Prague offers great touristic sights, some very good local food restaurants, great bars, but it lacks the one different place, for a fine dining, bistronomie experience.... and this is what Vedran and I will provide you soon.
We are presently in the middle of renovation works of the future restaurant and planning our menu. Though I have some fundings, I need your support to make this dream come true!
About the Chefs:
Vedran and I met 6 months ago and immediately shared our love of good food while lamenting not having many options of fine dining here in Sarajevo. Now we want to make things right... and delicious.

After 7 years in Swiss private banking, 15 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross, in 2014 I decided to take a radical turn and trained to be a Chef. I have all certifications to open a restaurant and took various extended classes in Paris at Atelier des Chefs. After a soft start as a Chef at Home and caterer in Geneva, I moved in 2015 with my family to Sarajevo. It took me some time to find my ways around and to be ready for this new adventure.
