stray cats and dogs

Hi,

I'vee always felt responsibility toward stray cats and dogs and so far tried to take care of their neutring and daily feeding and takinn to vet whenever their sick.And in some countries they suffer even more as they are here.Lately I'm in a very difficult financial situation which is hardly allow me to take care of my own cats at home,yet it is no choice for me to abandon the neighbourhood animals who are dependent of me for daily food and some sheltering in bad weather conditions.So I need some help to carry on at least this very little amount of help I've been doing for years.Thanks in advance.
