Strabismus Eye Surgery

Hello and thank you for reading my page. I am currently trying to fund my eye surgery I really need. I have strabismus (exotropia) and had it since childhood. It may not seem like something live threatening or deadly but it is life altering. As everyone knows, America has become a place where looks determines a lot; where you work, your friends, how much you make. Since my eyes are not aligned correctly I get weird looks and stares from people like if I was some kind of freak (I hate it). So I tend to look down all the time, this has had an effect on my posture, making me a bit hunchbacked. 
Job interviews are even worse, they always say they already found someone but forgot to call people back to cancel the remaining interviews. In restaurants I will never get to work in front of the house, always the back, looks matter. My last job was working for making deliveries (not pizzas), it was a heavy job pushing pallets along the street ( my boss was too cheap for a van). It damaged my back severely so now my jobs prospects are even lower than before. 
I am afraid of loosing my eyesight in my right eye for good. Nowadays it has been hard for my eyes to focus in the morning. Not regularly out of focus but sometimes for 2 hours I continue to see blurry. I have been told to see a specialist but without a job or money I cannot afford the 700 dollars I need for all the initial tests I need for my specific problem. 
When taking pictures I always have to take them on a side to make my problem less noticeable but when taking a picture looking forward I always its the only thing you can see. 
I really hope you can understand my situation and decide to help. Every little bit helps and I hope that this 2014 for the first time in my life I will be able to see my self in the mirror as see that both my eyes are looking back straight at me.
