Stopping an eviction order

stopping my eviction order,

I just proposed to my phillipino girlfriend and we are planning to get married in the near future, we are planning a wedding in the phillipines, and planning for us to live here in norway, but in order for her to come back to norway i need to be able to guarantee for her residency.

I cant guarantee for residency when im getting evicted for lack of funding,i fall through the cracks with the wealthfare system so im not qualified for any form of financial aid,and i have no luck with finding a job because i lack the experience that employers prioritize.
