Stop the tumour

Hello my good people!!! I need your help.

I go by the name Mitchelle , still a student at TUT. I have an uninvited friend called Tumour. There was a time where I got hit by my father till I bled but the injury wasn't taken serious, just a few months back I started experiencing pain and swelling on my lower jaw,so I went to the nearest denist only to find out that I have a tumour and it is growing - and it's solely mission is to destroy. So far it has destroyed my left lower jawbone and its continuing it's journey to the skull. The Maxillofacial Surgeon says the tumour is slowly growing but it needs attendance as quick as we can. My funds just got depleted so , my family members does not want to involve themselves in anyway so I'm turning back to the community. I need your help, I need your prayers. I do not know if Tumour is cancerous . I do not know how much damage will Tumour will continue to create. I know that I still have a long journey ahead of me.
