Stop the Hidden Hunger Campaign – It takes a Village to raise a Child

Feed the Hidden Hunger Campaign - Umgibe Farming will host 100 schools girls of all races, from poverty stricken areas on 31/8/2018. They will be treated like princesses for the day, with a special 3 course lunch prepared by chefs. They will be given goodie bags with hygiene and cosmetic items and a special Umgibe Farming bag filled with fresh organic vegetables and organic chicken. They will attend Umgibe agri-ecology training workshops that will teach them food security and income generating, life purpose and self awareness(self development) programs and community care. Umgibe Farming and Organics aims to sponsor 2 Umgibe Growing systems, including installation to each school that the girls come from. This will assist the schools with providing nutritious meals to the children, as well as getting an income from the fresh, organic vegetables that they sell.
