Stop Smoking and To Pay The Fine

My dad has stop supporting my mom, so there are a lot of bills I have to pay for including my own. Recently I got fine for throwing cigarettes butt on the floor and I have to pay a $500 fine. It’s really too much for me and it’s my mistake. So I’ve decided to stop smoking completely, would appreciate help on helping me to pay the fine. Please help me in motivating me to stop smoking.
