March 16, 2018, began the story of the animal help group "Lost. 7 years ago’’, a group of caring people decided to unite and begin to really help homeless animals.

On November 8, 2012, the group was officially registered and was given the status: “CHARITABLE FOUNDATION FOR HELPING THE HOMELESS ANIMALS“ LOSSES ””.

Over the 7 years of the Foundation’s work, with the help of the group’s members, they managed to pick up more than 7,000 stray cats and dogs from the streets of the city and add them to their families. More than 700 cats and more than 70 dogs were sterilized.

In the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the city of Neftekamsk, the situation with stray animals is critical. Our fund receives numerous appeals from residents about unaccompanied animals that have brought posterity. They breed everywhere - in the porches, in the basements and even on the streets of the city.

They are especially hard in the winter, they die from cold and hunger, just under the wheels of cars, at the hands of a person, they are poisoned and shot in front of children. Some of them are pregnant, some have already brought numerous offspring. According to statistics, a dog on average brings five puppies twice a year. Here, it’s also appropriate to say not only about dogs, but also about cats that can produce offspring every three months. Kittens and puppies are thrown into garbage cans, poured with water in frost, thrown from the windows of apartments, killed in the most cruel ways.

Volunteers cannot save and attach all these animals. Fundamental here is the control of breeding animals, not only homeless, but also pets. For example, in a separate courtyard, they were sterilized and attached to the families of all homeless animals and it seems that the problem was solved. But someone throws out his non-sterilized animal, someone allowed him to give birth to his pet, mistakenly believing that he will be able to distribute offspring, but some are on the street, and now they, formerly domesticated, begin to multiply, and everything returns to square one.

The main idea of our project: urgent sterilization of homeless animals in the city, as well as pets belonging to the poor at a reduced cost.

Conducting awareness-raising activities among the population, aimed at fostering a humane attitude to animals, at promoting the need for sterilization of domestic animals.

Homeless animals will be caught for sterilization on their own, with the help of our fund's volunteers and caring townspeople.

All animals, sterilized and vaccinated, are required to be entered into the information base of the fund.

After stylization, our Foundation seeks to attach the animal to the family, avoiding the return of the pet back to the street as much as possible. As a rule, this is successful.

The result of the project will be a reduction in the number of stray animals on the streets of the city with observance of the principles of humanity, involving more people in solving the problems of stray animals.

We really need the victory of this project, we will implement it together with you!!!!
