I was unable to pay taxes on my property, I owned for over 20 years. It was sold at a tax sale. The state of Georgia allows a redemption period to reclaim your property before it is foreclosed on and lost forever. I presently work 2 jobs, unfortunately the hours are not set and change on a weekly basis. This has caused me not to be able to save the money to pay off the tax.I only pray I can save the property before it is too late.
I have no problem paying the donations back although it may take me up to 6 months.I am pursuing other job opportunities to increase my income. In addition I have one of the areas best real estate agents I can use to sell the property once the taxes are paid. I just do not want to lose the $80,000 I invested in the purchase of the property and taxes over 20 years. I only hope someone can help and G-d bless.
NOTE: I can provide legal papers issued of behalf of the foreclosure and the real estate broker contact information
