Good Day!Iam Sending this letter to humbly ask for a financial assistant for the Hospital bill of my Daughter
( Michaella Liza Colina a 19 yrs old 1st yr medical technology student of CHINESE GENERAL HOSPITAL AND COLLEGES)
She is suffering with SEVER DENGUE WITH WARNING SIGN. She is admitted and still ongoing treatment to Chinese General Hospital. We came from less fortunate family and can't afford to pay the hospital running bill as of Feb. 24, 2019 (P145,545.37).
her platelet was drop to 12 lead to tranfuse a 16 bags of platelet and 15bags of frozen plasma.
